We help you work out which tools are actually worth building, and we bring in the AI and Web3 developers to build them once you do.

A plan is only worth something once it ships. We project-manage innovation initiatives from start to finish and bring in the AI and Web3 developers to build what the plan calls for.
A lot of consultants hand over a strategy and move on. We stay and help you run it: advising, making the calls with you, and doing the work itself. Most of what's useful happens in the room, not in the report.

Who you work with
Wonderlabs is led by a senior strategist with more than 20 years launching projects and initiatives in the public sector. The focus now is helping founders with innovation and the AI and Web3 side of their business.
This is hands-on experience, not theory. The communities, the communications, the strategy, the innovation projects: we've run all of it ourselves. So the advice you get comes from someone who has actually been in the seat, with the same pressure you're under.
